My name is Dr. Clint F. Cepeda. My academic training and background is in health science and exercise. I use evidence-based research to explain why your health and fitness issues persist. Through my academic and professional experience the key relationship between mind, fitness, and mobility was missing. This caused people to fail at their exercise goals. I believe you need to create a mindful connection between your exercise effort and the intensity of your mind. We need to change your mindset to change your life.
